Convention of commerce, navigation, etc. between Great Britain and the Sandwich Islands. Signed at Lahaina, February 12, 1844.

  ARTICLE  I.  There shall be perpetual peace and amity between Her Majesty the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and the King of the Sandwich Islands, their heirs and successors.

 Treaty of peace, amity, and commerce between  France  and the Sandwich Islands, signed at Honolu, March 26, 1846.

  ARTICLE  I.  There shall be perpetual peace and freindship between His Majesty the King of the French and the King of the Sandwich Islands, and between their heirs and successors.

A treaty of friendship, commerce, and navigation, between the  United States of America and His Majesty the King of the Hawaiian Islands, concluded at Washington, 20th December, 1849.  Ratified 4th February, 1850.  Exchanged 24th August, 1850.  Proclaimed 9th, November, 1850.  ( This during the 75th year of Independence of the United States )  President  Millard Fillmore
